Order Tracking

Thank you for shopping with Cosmetics Vault. Here's how to follow your order:

• Tracking link: every order is shipped with tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link. Click it any time to see where your parcel is.
• Your account: log in with the email you used at checkout (account icon, top right) to see all your orders and their status.
• Order status page: the order confirmation email also contains a link to your order status page.

Delivery times: orders are processed within 1–4 working days, and delivery then takes 9–12 working days. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after your order ships.
