Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

UK delivery: once dispatched, delivery takes 9–12 working days. Standard delivery is £4.99, or free on orders of £30 or more. Express delivery is £6.99.

International delivery: we ship worldwide with tracking, and delivery is charged in your local currency. United States: $6.99, free on orders of $50 or more. Eurozone: €4.99, free on orders of €40 or more. Other countries: a flat tracked delivery charge (around £7.99 in your currency), free once your order reaches the local equivalent of about £30. The exact delivery price and free-delivery amount for your country are shown on the product page, in your basket and at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and are usually longer than UK delivery; your tracking link shows the latest estimate.

Customs and import charges: orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking included: every order is shipped with tracking. We email you your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Delays: occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control, for example during peak periods or bad weather. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we'll look into it straight away.

Wrong address: please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, and contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.
